2. Wellness and Educational Use Only
TrimWise provides general wellness, nutrition, fitness, and educational information. TrimWise is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or emergency care. Content generated by TrimWise is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Seek professional guidance before beginning a new diet, exercise program, or wellness routine, particularly if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication, have a history of disordered eating, or have concerns about physical activity.
3. AI-Generated Content
TrimWise may use artificial intelligence to generate meal estimates, workouts, insights, and responses. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing information and using reasonable judgment.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the platform through which you subscribed, including the Apple App Store. Deleting your TrimWise account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse TrimWise, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, upload unlawful content, or use the service in a way that harms another person or violates applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
TrimWise, its branding, software, interface, original content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to TrimWise and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
8. Third-Party Services
TrimWise may rely on third-party services for hosting, subscriptions, authentication, analytics, or other functionality. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
TrimWise is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or specific health, weight, fitness, or performance outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrimWise and its owners, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or legal rights, or when these terms are materially violated.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For downloads through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement may also apply. You may review it at Apple's Standard EULA.
